Our employees use the latest high technology tools to compliment their craftsmanship. Computer software includes Solid Edge, Hypermill, Delcam Powermill, EdgeCAM, Esprit, and Vericut. Machines include various models from Makino, Agie Charmilles, Mikron, Erowa, Toshiba, Hauser, and Studer.
Responsibilities include tooling quote development, customer interaction, and developing manufacturing process instructions to produce components on our continuously improving selection of CNC equipment. Successful candidates will have a 4-year technical degree in Engineering or 5+ years of CNC machining /set-up experience, be capable of reading prints to interpret design intent and functionality requirements, and be highly capable using multiple computer software packages.
Responsibilities include programming 5-axis machining centers, multi-axis mill-turn centers and verifying cutter paths with verification software in addition to the creation of advanced programming strategies, PCI’s and standards to automate the programming of custom machined families of parts. Applicants must have extensive computer skills and problem solving capabilities. Extensive experience writing computer programs and automating processes required with knowledge of DelCAM, EdgeCAM, Gibbs, or other high level programming software preferred along with a 4-year technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with relevant job experience.
Responsibilities include set-up and operation of a vast array of state of the art CNC equipment, reading prints, and completing part inspection. Applicants must be mechanically inclined, intelligent, have excellent problem solving skills and be highly motivated. Previous CNC machining experience in a job shop environment would be a plus.
Responsibilities include operating multiple high-end CAM packages to efficiently drive CNC equipment and robots in the production of custom machined parts. Candidates must have a 4-year technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with relevant job experience. Experience in machining, tool making, or CNC programming is a plus.
